It has only taken me about 6 years to finally start to make connections and find my people in this town. And now that I have them, I am not moving again!! I might crumble if I have to do this again!
We are starting to get connected up with other homeschool families and we have become “besties” with this family right here!!

We took a field trip to the Children's Museum. And I convinced Jen that we could get all 6 kids in my Swagger Wagon! And we did!! I may have had to open the back hatch and hold car seats up while one buckled and then stand on my head while holding another car seat and then climb half way over another seat to get that last child buckled. But seriously!!! What fun is it for us, moms, to follow each other in our Swagger Wagons?! None! No fun at all! So it was totally worth the acrobatic dance to get them all safely buckled!! Just so we, moms, could have 40 minutes of… HA! You all are buckled and we can talk with no one tugging on us!
Back to the Children's Museum.
The babies (2 months apart) rode in our double stroller. They both wore vests! And they didn’t call each other and plan it!

Josephine is a thumb sucker… and well Menie takes that big honkin unattractive nuk. Thumb suckers are so stinking cute! I thought Menie was going to be one, but she didn’t.

So we get all registered and paid up and I tell all the kids, hang up your coats before you take off. Guess what? Max was the only one who hung up his coat! He is very much my rule following, neat as a pin, child!

I get kind of freakish at these kind of places. I am not a germ crazy kind of person. I am a have to keep my eye on the kids kind of crazy person. If I loose sight of them I am totally convinced someone has taken them and ran far away from me. So when Jen says, lets take the babies to this area and let the big kids explore. I gulped and acted like that was totally what I was thinking!

Babies are playing and have a great time. I was trying to talk Josephine into teaching Menie how to crawl. Didn’t work.

Then I saw glimpses of Mallory. Can we just have a moment of… look at how big she is getting!!! My goodness!

Max. The only boy in our group. And he did amazing at it. He only yelled at the girls one time. They were all piling into the car and they were calling him “Maxie” and he said, “Why do they keep calling me that stupid name?” And really. What a horrible nick name. I am on his side.

This sweet girl is 10 days older then Max!! She has the sweetest voice ever!

Max loved the water section.

Mallory is about 6 months older then Selah. Crazy how we never knew each other and we have kids so very close in age!

After the museum the kids were outside harassing this poor baseball man on the sidewalk.

We took the moment and deemed it picture time!

Don’t forget the babies! The babies are always forgotten!

Actually the Moms are always forgotten… so we took a selfie!

Then we bravely took them to a tiny restaurant where they knocked our socks off on how well they all behaved!! We have some amazing kids! They all sat a table and ate their food and had little conversations! While Jen and I sat at our own table and never once had to worry about our kids because they were just being little tiny grown-ups! Makes my heart so proud!
